Ann Taylor Tells Blind Woman Her Guide Dog Isn't Allowed In The Store»
This isn’t even terribly uncommon. I’ve had attempts to turn me out of restaurants before, a doctor’s office, and so on. This isn’t news except that this time someone gave a fuck.I really want to know what kind of a rock the clerk AND the manager have been living under to not know what a service dog is. Don’t they have training days that teach you how to be of service to all customers, with or without disabilities? And what accommodations mean? Americans with Disability Act anyone?
Even grocery stores allow service dogs these days.
ADA: it’s the law.
